During this meeting we will talk about the networks purpose, have an ice breaking activity with Emma Quaek, Unpaid carers work programme by Sian Wyn Griffiths, A presentation on support for carers by Martin Davies and a carers ID card workshop with Ffion Edwards.
There will be a warm welcome for all and a cuppa on arrival.
