Eastern Vale One-stop wellbeing shop

The team at Eastern Vale would like to invite you to their one-stop wellbeing shop for a free health and wellbeing assessment.

Your health and wellbeing are made up of more than just your blood pressure and cholesterol, although these are important. We understand that it is not always easy to see your GP, optician or community nurse. For this reason, we have designed an event aimed at giving you access to services and activities that can keep you healthy and is bespoke to you.

At the event you will have the chance to chat with local experts about staying healthy, directly access services that you would normally need a GP referral for, as well as having your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels checked. All this and much more under one roof and on your doorstep. Our goal is to prevent poor health before it happens and help you get back to your best. Together we can achieve it. We care, I know you do too.

• Patients must be 18 or over and registered at Penarth Healthcare Partnership, Dinas Powys Medical Practice or Redlands Surgery
