Summer Break at Glan-llyn Outdoor Activity Centre, Bala.

Looking for the perfect family holiday? We’ve got you covered! Spend quality time with your loved ones while enjoying various activities and breathtaking views. You won’t have to worry about cooking or cleaning as we provide four delicious meals daily and en-suite rooms.

2-night stay with activities including canoeing, raft building, high ropes, archery, climbing walls, orienteering and bushcraft. Groups of families will rotate between the activities. Glan Llyn is renewing their high rope course and introducing 2 vertical slides (which look fantastic!)

These activities give individuals the chance to overcome any fears they may have, and it is important to remember that no one is forced to participate in any activity and that it is the individual’s choice to face their fears during their stay.

The activities on offer have an element of risk. Glan-llyn staff are trained and qualified to manage all risks within our activities. Staff members are all DBS checked and have recently completed Disability Inclusion Training, and some activity leaders have level 1 Makation training.

Family rooms include an ensuite bathroom with a shower. 

There is provision for wheelchair users to participate in all activities. Two family rooms are fully wheelchair accessible with wet rooms.

We require payment in full by the 31st of March to enable us to book blocks solely for the use of our families.

Payment can be made through Paypal, giving you the option of card payment, Paypal Credit, or Pay in 3.
