On 2nd October, 2024 we will be running an online 100 Stories Programme targeting people in the West region (and anyone who had expressed an interest in an online session).
On this date, there will be a 3 hour session from 10am – 1pm where we will look at how you can craft your story that enables you to share your experiences of people transitioning from children’s to adults services. (Primarily LD and ND services)
Once we’ve all introduced ourselves the session will explore how you strike the balance between the emotional and factual elements in your story and how to use these experiences to ask for change within the system. We will then discuss the different ways you might like to present your story.
The aim is that you’ll go away understanding what the key ingredients are that go into telling a compelling story and have started to think about some of the key characters and messages you’d like to get across.
We’ll then fix up a coaching call with one of the Do-Well consultants who will support you to develop your story and agree the way you’d like your story to be captured.
If you would like to be part of this, please email me back so I can send you a Teams meeting request for you.
