MCDC meets at the Dance Centre every Tuesday in term time 7.30pm to 9pm. We are a company of disabled and non disabled dancers.
MCDC company members are a group of dedicated dancers who have made a commitment to regular weekly rehearsals and to perform as a company
We have performed at The Dance Centre & The Borough Theatre Abergavenny, The Riverfront in Newport, The Dance House & CultVR in Cardiff and The Met in Abertillery.
Since 2019 MCDC has performed, every year, alongside our youth dance company MYDC as part of the Arts Council funded Ignite Project.
Dance Blast ensures that MCDC is always lead by a well respected, highly experienced choreographer.
Sarah Rogers, from Ransack Dance Company has been MCDC’s choreographer since September 2022.
