Mixed ability rugby is an awesome format of the game and arguably captures everything that is best about our sport. Both the Men’s and Women’s teams are made up of non-disabled players and players with varying disabilities, age 18+ Held at Risca Rfc or Rodney Parade, please check with organizers.
