Our new monthly club for young nature lovers !

Join us every month for all kinds of nature related activities…

February – All about birds! Do you know your coal tits from your great tits or what’s the difference between a dunnock and a sparrow. In this session we will have a go at some bird ID and make bird feeders to take home.

Booking essential. This is a child only event. Age 8-12 years

Please arrive with your child for 10.30am to drop them off, and return ready to collect them promptly when the session ends at 12.30pm. A parent/guardian MUST be present when dropping a child off, in order to complete the relevant permission and medical forms on arrival.

Please ensure your child is wrapped up for the weather, wellingtons a good idea.

We have a lovely cosy Visitor centre with hot and cold drinks available, should any parents or guardians wish to wait on site for the duration of the session. However, please be aware that normal entrance fees will apply if you’d like to walk the visitor trails whilst waiting for your child. See Ynys-hir website for more info.
