The Inclusive Christmas Service at Bangor Cathedral is a warm, welcoming and accessible festive celebration for people of all ages and abilities. This special event has been designed to ensure everyone can enjoy Christmas in a relaxed, sensory-aware environment, with performances from local organisations across North Wales.
Who Will Be Performing?
We are excited to share that several organisations and groups will be taking part in the service through readings, music, performances, or contributions that highlight the spirit of inclusion:
- Mari Non Lederle (Conwy Connect) – supporting adults with learning disabilities across Conwy.
- Deiniol Harries (Ysgol Pendalar) – representing a specialist school for children and young people with additional learning needs.
- Michelle Cracknell (Aspris) – attending from their education and care services.
- Rachel Jones (Anheddau) – a key organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities in North Wales.
- Natalie Harper (Côr Dwylo) – from the Welsh signing choir that champions inclusive arts.
We’d love for more families, support workers, organisations, and community members to join us. This is a fantastic chance to meet others, enjoy the festive season, and experience a calm and accessible Christmas celebration.
