Water sport activities are not always seen as being suitable for people with accessibility issues, but by looking at the needs of the traveller on an individual basis, RibRide can overcome most issues. This is only possible though if passengers notify RibRide of any extra/special assistance required at the time of booking. Got in touch with them in advance to let them know about wanting to visit with severely autistic son. No issues arriving early to check in onto the boat before everyone else and no issues reserving the back seat.
We took my son on a pre visit beforehand and we couldn t get him to walk down to the boat along the walkway, so he actually ended up not going, but Rib Ride were nothing but helpful.
