There is ample car parking at Pili Palas with three clearly marked disabled spaces available. The car park is adjacent to the main entrance.
The approach to the main entrance is ramped making it easily accessible for wheel chairs and prams.
A covered waiting area is available should there be a queue at the entrance.
Disabled toilets are available outside the pay boundary. There are further toilets and baby changing within the premises.
The shop, café and attraction are wheel chair and pram friendly. The nature Trail is not suitable for wheelchairs or prams.
Entrance prices are displayed at the main entrance.
A quiz is given to all visitors, free of charge, at the entrance to aid navigation around the attraction. The quiz is available in both English and Welsh.
The café caters for vegetarians.
There is one wheelchair available on a free loan basis at the entrance.
No Dogs are allowed in the park except for Guide Dogs for the Blind which must be kept strictly under control, no other Assistant Dogs are allowed for the safety of our animals.
On some days visitors are able to meet and touch some of the collection.
Professional carers that hold a carer card will be free.
